Teacher that teaches Drivers Education to the gang in an episode where Zack rigged the indoor cart to crash. He meant to frame Slater but ends up hurting Kelly. Mr Tuttle also is the teacher that got the gang into the Buddy Bands versus Friendship Bracelets war as part of a project for his class. Tuttle is also the coach of the debate team and one of the leaders of the teacher's union. He does it all.
