Mr. Carosi is the owner of the Malubi Sands Beach Club. He is a stiff and as cheap as a bum. He and Zack had plenty of run ins during that unforgettable summer, which involved his daughter Stacey. Mr. Carosi and Zack eventually became friends or so it seemed. |
